The mission of the Building Envelope Science Institute is to provide the highest quality training through certification programs. We provide the necessary resources as well as overall knowledge in successful building envelope construction, maintenance and restoration.

In order to achieve our goal of being a premier training and certification institute, BESI has been built on a foundation of integrity and the highest of ethical standards. Each student certified under the BESI name is held to these standards and carries the weight of the BESI shield on their shoulders. Much like a police badge, the shield represents the responsibility of the certified individual to maintain a moral character while working to better the construction industry.
