This course teaches valuable knowledge about above grade waterproofing. You will learn the different systems that, when put together, will work to make a building waterproof.
T-4-SEALANTS AND EXPANSION JOINTS-1HOUR
This course is one of the most important in the series. The student will learn about expansion joint designs within the building envelope as well as the materials used.
T-5-RESIDENTIAL WATERPROOFING/ SAFETY-1HOUR
This course discusses the differences between damp-proofing and waterproofing and the different materials used. Also, discussed, safety issues that may arise during an inspection or job site.
C-1-BELOW GRADE WATERPROOFING-1 HOUR

C-3-TESTING THE BUILDING ENVELOPE-2HOURS
When performing inspections on a building, testing maybe be necessary. This course teaches when and how to perform such test.
C-4-LEAK INVESTIGATIONS & DETECTION-2HOURS
The most difficult issue with water intrusion is finding the source of the leak. In this course, the instructor discusses many aspects of the protocols for finding the source.
