Florida Licensed Mold Assessors and Remediators need to complete 14 hours of CE continuing education as part of their license renewal process.  BESI now offers Building Envelope Water Intrusion (Part 1).  This course provides the 10 hours required in the ‘General Category’.   One of the leading causes of mold growth within building structures, whether residential or commercial is a result of water intrusion.   Mold has to have a water source to grow.  This course will discuss many of the causes of water intrusion in to buildings along with valuable insights as to common causes and prevention.  Taught by a passionate veteran building envelope consultant, you will receive far more than just mold continuing education credits, you will gain knowledge of the building envelope that will add value to the services you offer.
